Customers are charged postage based on the weight of the order and where in the world the goods are being delivered. This is calculated for you in the website checkout area or by using the check delivery button above, making the shopping process quick and easy for our customers.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, we endeavor to dispatch express orders same day if ordered before 2 O'Clock. Any special requests later on please call us on 01299 851 625.
Please make sure that all returned items are returned with the delivery note / invoice within 28 days.
Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be in a resalable condition with labels attached and in original undamaged packaging.
All bespoke items are non returnable.

The Mesh Cooling Sheets are perfect for using after the horse or pony has worked hard to prevent them from catching a chill.
The superior mesh cooling rug is of a higher quality finish.
- Close knit polyester mesh available in a selection with colours with a wide choice of colour trims.
- Available with or without belly straps.
- Fillet strings are available in most colours
- Initials available on either one or both sides. The embroidery is backed onto material so it is easier to embroider. If you would like your intitials on both sides please put your letters twice (leaving a space between) in the drop down box so the computer can work out the correct price @ £3.50 per letter eg TCM TCM.
- If needing a company name or logo , please select this option and in the comments section put information regarding this and email over the logo to info@treehouseonline.co.uk A one off artwork charge may apply to this at cost and we can advise this and take the extra manually on line after speaking.
