Returns Policy to return an item:

You may return your item for a refund within 30 days of purchase- 14 days if from the clearance section.

• The item should be in perfect unused condition, complete with the original packaging and labelling.
• Failure to comply will mean that an exchange or refund is not possible.
• Return items must be sent with your proof of purchase to:

The Treehouse, New Farm, Rushock, Droitwich, Worcs, WR9 0NR, United Kingdom.  

• Unfortunately, some items are non-refundable: Anything that’s made to your specific requirements, is personalised or otherwise can't be resold due to the bespoke element.
• Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending back the item.
• Royalmail postage paid labels are available to purchase here, please enclose your order number and telephone number please and a note if exchange or refund. Order on line below and we will email over the label, then print out and please drop your parcel to a Post Office.
• Select 'Collect from Treehouse' so shipping costs are not charged and we will email the post paid royalmail label to you.

• If you wish to exchange the item you will be responsible for the cost of the postage back to us, however, there will be no postage charge for us to send your replacement back out (within the UK). Postage charges will be applicable to foreign exchanges. 
• If returning Helite Air jackets, Racesafe MotionAir or Canisters, Royalmail can not take these in the post and we use a specialist carrier so please be in touch and we can arrange collection for this, the cost is £12 and can be deducted from the refund amount.

Terms and Conditions

 Use of this site is provided by Treehouse Sporting Colours subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Your use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use of the site.
2. Treehouse Sporting Colours reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of this agreement as modified.
3. You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner which does not infringe the rights, or restrict, or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
4. Prices: We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card or debit card. All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination to VAT tax exempt countries outside of the UK then your sales tax will be zero. If your order is being sent to a member state of the EU then the selling price will include VAT. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. We reserve the right to change prices as shown on printed brochures and these will be shown on the website. We may update prices at any time. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the hundreds of products we sell may occasionally be mispriced. If this happens then we will not be obliged to supply the Products at the incorrect price or at all. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or endeavour to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
5. Specifications: We reserve the right to change specifications, sizes and colours where necessary.  Designs shown on the website are for representation purposes only, there may be slight variations on the actual garments.
6. This site and the information, names, images, pictures, logos regarding or relating to Treehouse Sporting Colours are provided "as is" without any representation or endorsement made and without warranty of any kind whether express or implied. In no event will Treehouse Sporting Colours be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from the use or in connection with such use or loss of use of the site, whether in contract or in negligence. Whilst Treehouse Sporting Colours endeavours to ensure the information contained in this site is accurate, it does not warrant that it is error free.
7. Treehouse Sporting Colours does not warrant that the functions contained in this site will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, and reliability of the materials.
8. Copyright restrictions: Commercial use or publication of all or any item displayed is strictly prohibited without prior authorisation from Treehouse Sporting Colours. Nothing contained herein shall be construed as conferring any licence by Treehouse Sporting Coours to use any item displayed. Documents may be copied for personal use only on the condition that copyright and source indications are also copied, no modifications are made and the document is copied entirely. However, some documents and photos have been published on this site with the permission of the relevant copyright owners (who are not Treehouse Sporting Colours). All rights are reserved on these documents and permission to copy them must be requested from the copyright owners (the sources are indicated within these documents/photographs).
9. This site may contain links to other sites, please be aware that Treehouse Sporting Colours is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites and takes no responsibility for their content or availability.
10. Please be aware that we do our best to colour match the exact shade of the shirts with the hat covers, but sometimes due to the nature of the materials there might be a very slight variation.
11. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Treehouse. Postal discount codes do not apply to foreign countries.
12. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
14. If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, the use of this site must be terminated immediately.
15. Ensure that you have read all product instructions and user guides supplied on the products you have purchased from Treehouse Sporting Colours have been read and understood.

Safety Disclaimer

All equestrian sports can be dangerous and involve the risk of serious injury or death. A properly fitted body protector, helmet and or Helite Air Jacket may offer protection against some injuries. It cannot guarantee protection against injury or guarantee increased safety in all situations. To ensure that the product functions correctly,
Manufacturer's recommendations should always be followed for use, fitting instructions, cleaning and maintenance and their warranty and safety disclaimers consulted prior to use.

Treehouse Sporting Colours Limited (the "Company") make no warranties as to fitness for purpose and in purchasing this product you agree that in the event that a rider suffers an injury, loss or damages arising from its use, you waive any and all claims, and release the Company from any and all liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from or in connection with the use of the product (except in instances of death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence).

Delivery

All overseas items are sent as 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' (DDU). (ie Duty, taxes and customs clearance is the buyer/ customers responsibility).

We can not send liquids in bottles over 50ml internationally.
