When returning please

  • Make sure that all returned items are returned with the delivery note / invoice. If doing an exchange we will send out the exchange product free of post charge.

  • Please take the parcel to a Post Office.
  • Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused.
  • It is difficult for Treehouse to accept returns of items made specifically for the customer.
  • Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs.
  • The customer is responsible for sending back the item within the returns time frame and is responsible for the item until it arrives in our office.
