Containing only natural herbs and amino acids found in plants, these ingredients including Aswagandha and Passion Flower have been used for centuries in Ayurvedic medicine to promote calmness and focus. Along with Chamomile, Lemon Balm and Spearmint to help sooth and relax the gut.

WHAT'S IN THE BAG?

Lemon Balm Extract (Melissa officinalis): A herb known for its useful effects on anxiety. Lemon balm helps to calm horses (and people and dogs ) naturally. It is also known to soothe digestive irritability and discomfort.

Theanine: An amino acid commonly found in plants, known for its ability to help promote relaxation, without any sedative effects.

Ashwagandha: (Withania somnifera): The most well-known herb in Ayurvedic medicine. Widely reputed for its ability as an “Adaptogen” meaning, it aids calmness in unfamiliar and challenging environments.

Passion flower Extract: (‎Passiflora incarnata): As well as being useful for managing anxious episodes, passion flower is an anti-oxidant. This means it helps with the physiological demands of stress.

Chamomile: A herb known for its calming benefits, reducing tension and reducing the stress response. But also for its supportive effect on the immune system as a powerful anti-oxidant.

Spearmint: (Mentha spicata) A herb with anti-inflammatory properties that can help sooth the digestive tract and encourage appetite.
