Customers are charged postage based on the weight of the order and where in the world the goods are being delivered. This is calculated for you in the website checkout area or by using the check delivery button above, making the shopping process quick and easy for our customers.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, we endeavor to dispatch express orders same day if ordered before 2 O'Clock. Any special requests later on please call us on 01299 851 625.
Please make sure that all returned items are returned with the delivery note / invoice within 28 days.
Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be in a resalable condition with labels attached and in original undamaged packaging.
All bespoke items are non returnable.

Treehouse are the experts in offering all colours, styles, design options and variations for your colours;
We can print in 2 or 3 colours if you would like but you will need to state this in the order section at the end of the order please as the order will only select one colour.
Please note these colours are bepoke made to your requirements and is not possible to refund, exchange.
Base Layers: Fabric is lightweight, soft, easy-care and dries quickly and fits like a second skin. It regulates temperature of the body, to keep you warm in winter and cool in the summer.
Hat Covers & Pom poms: Coordinating hat cover in either lycra or silk to match the colour as closely as possible to the shirt and the design on the sleeves will match the cap and pom poms are an extra option. Please be aware that the silk is in the stars design only, if you want a different design head over to Silk Hats by Racesafe
Saddlecloths: Pony, Cob/Full size GP or CC cut (GP is the normal cut for general purpose saddles - CC is for close contact saddles) The cotton saddlelcoths have a fluffy wither pad and are made in colours to match as closely as possible with the design to match the caps and shirts on each side.
