Returns policy:

When returning items:

1. Make sure that all returned items are returned with the delivery note / invoice. It is your responsibility to return to us at your own cost. If doing an exchange we will send out the exchange product free of post charge.
2. Post paid postage labels are available to purchase on link here. We email the labe to you to print out and take to a post office and include all your information in the packet.  When ordering, please select shipping option Collect from Treehouse so no postage charge for the return label.

4. Select 'Collect from Treehouse' so shipping costs are not charged and we will email it to you.
5. Send to The Treehouse, New Farm, Rushock, Droitwich, WR9 0NR,United Kingdom.
6. If returning Helite Air jackets, Racesafe MotionAir or Canisters, Royalmail can not take these in the post and we use a specialist carrier so please be in touch and we can arrange collection for this, the cost is £8 and can be deducted from the refund amount.
7. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused.
8. It is difficult for Treehouse to accept returns of items made specifically for the customer.
9. Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs and the customer is responsible for sending back the item.

If you have a complaint about our services or products please contact Customer Services. All complaints will be dealt with in a fair and confidential manner. It is our policy to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the dispute within 30 days, keeping you informed along the way.

We have taken great care to make sure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However, we reserve the right to make any changes, technical or otherwise to product specifications.

VAT Receipts
