Above is the official size chart, however, from fitting customers we find that women in the size small adult Ti22 prefer the size medium shoulder pads rather than the size large..

The shoulder pads are classed for VAT purposes Child Small, Child Medium, Adult large and Adult X-large.  There are only 4 sizes in total.
