Please make sure that all returned items are returned with the delivery note / invoice within 28 days. 

Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be in a resalable condition with labels attached and in original undamaged packaging.
All bespoke items are non returnable. 
Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs and the customer is responsible for sending back the item. Returns labels can be purchased here

  • How to use: For best results, glide the Equi-Shave over the area with very light pressure and minimal passes, following the manufacturer’s guidelines on the packaging.
