Safety wear and sizing
Can you fit me for a body protector, air jacket or riding hat?
Safety wear fittings are available at our Worcestershire office by appointment. Please call +44 (0)1299 851625 to book.
Which body protector standard do I need?
For most riding, look for the BETA 2018 Level 3 standard. Racing has its own rules, set by the British Horseracing Authority. Our BHA safety regulations guide covers racing, and our parent's guide to child body protectors covers younger riders.
Body protector or air jacket?
They do different jobs and many riders wear both. See body protectors vs air jackets.
How do I find the right size?
Each safety product has its own size guide. For Racesafe body protectors, see our Racesafe size guide. If you are between sizes, call us before ordering.
