Make sure that all returned items are returned with the delivery note / invoice within 28 days normally.
Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused.
It is difficult for Treehouse to accept returns of items made specifically for the customer.
Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs and the customer is responsible for sending back the item.
NB: Due to our Covid 19 protocol returns are taking a little longer to process than normal as we are putting the packets into quarantine before opening them, please be patient and they will be sorted asap.

I am COMPELLED to write to thank you for your outstanding help the other day, when you re-fitted my odd shaped head for a jockey helmet. I had previously contacted another company on line (oh! fool that I was) and explained to them that I was between sizes and asked for their help. They replied that if I bought a hat and it was wrong, then tough - no returns, no refunds. When I then rang yourselves, I received a totally different and very refreshing attitude. You offered to send two hats, and would gladly refund the cost of whichever did not fit, so I arranged for you to do just that. When the hats arrived, neither was quite right, and when I phoned you about this you invited me to your office to be personally fitted by yourselves. This I did, and was delighted by your friendly and helpful welcome. Theresa must have tried at least a dozen on me, insisting that I kept any likely helmet on for 20 minutes to be certain it was right. Bearing in mind that you were not making a new sale out of this, and as I was returning two helmets and only taking one away, you were actually making a refund. You gave me your full attention for at least a very pleasant hour and a half, Polly gave me two cups of tea, and I even had a fuss from one of your dogs. Although I live about 70 miles away, I shall always now ask you first for any equine goods I might need, as I know your level of service cannot be beaten anywhere else.
