Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be in a resalable condition with labels attached and in original undamaged packaging.
All bespoke items are non returnable. 
Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs and the customer is responsible for sending back the item. Returns labels can be purchased here

Evoke’s industry first Helmet Replacement Policy offers customers
who suffer a fall within the first 6 months of purchase the chance to
replace their helmet at 50% off, prioritising safety and removing
undue financial burden.
Terms & Conditions:
Customers will not be eligible for the policy without registering after purchasing their helmet. This can
be done by scanning the QR code found in the helmet bag, or via our website, within 14 days.
Helmets must be returned to their original place of purchase. When helmets are returned to the retailer
under the scheme, it must be approved by the evoke team before the replacement takes place.
You will receive a replacement helmet at 50% of the original purchase price.
Any replacement must be an exact replacement of original purchase - style, colour, size, shape etc.
Customers are only eligible for one replacement on the policy at any time. If a like for like replacement
is not available, a similar replacement will be offered.
There are no other refunds, cash alternatives or exchanges.
