Badminton Horse Trials 2025 Competition Terms and Conditions:
1. Introduction
1.1. By entering this competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1.2. The promoter of this competition is Treehouse Sporting Colours ltd.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
2.2. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2.3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form with their full name, email address, and the name of the equestrian show they are attending.
3.2. The competition opens on 10.4.25 and closes on 21.4.25 . Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3.3. No purchase is necessary to enter the competition.
4. Prize
4.1. The prize consists of a two tickets plus a car pass to Badminton Horse Trials 2025.
4.2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
4.3. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received before the closing date.
5.2. The winner will be notified by email within 4 days of the competition closing.
5.3. If the winner does not respond within 4 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
6. Data Protection and Privacy
6.1. Personal data provided during entry will only be used for the administration of the competition and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
6.2. By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name and entry details for publicity purposes if they win.
7. General
7.1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7.3. The competition and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The United Kingdom and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The United Kingdom.
