NW Area Pony Racing Awards

Aintree 2011 NW Pony Racing Area Prize Giving.

Congratulations to all the children from the North West Area, who have pony raced this season.  Treehouse were proud to sponsor the rosettes at the meetings and gave gift vouchers and stock pins for the prize giving evening. The season has gone very well with a good mix of youngsters from racing backgrounds and non racing backgrounds taking part.

The  prize giving evening was once again held at Aintree evening meeting in June, and Jason McGuire was to do the honours, but unfortunately he had a fall and was taken to hospital for precautionary tests - all was ok, so Nick Bostock was despatched to the weighing room with instructions to come back with a jockey - this he did, and the look on the youngsters faces when AP walked in, it made a special evening into a fab one.
